THE FIRST STEP
As part of our philosophy and to provide a service attentive to details, Frabboni clinic offers a special “Initial Consultation.”
This consultation is conducted with a dedicated team member, a key person for new clients: the Patient Coordinator. Potential new patients are welcomed and taken on a tour of the clinic, during which they meet the team, and finally, they settle in a dedicated, non-clinical area where they can choose a drink and a selection of cookies from our menu.
Here, in a relaxed and comfortable environment, they can express their thoughts, doubts, or even their anxieties regarding dental treatments. This occurs in an unlimited time frame, so every aspect can be thoroughly evaluated and analyzed, whether it be emotional, technical, or even financial.
For this “Initial Consultation,” patients are seen one at a time, and normally Dr. Pier Carlo Frabboni comes to meet and introduce himself to the new client.
This approach is particularly appreciated by anxious or nervous patients, who will have the opportunity to see the clinic, familiarize themselves with the environment, develop a state of comfort, and understand what they can expect before, during, and after each treatment.

This journey begins with the first telephone contact, continues with data collection or the first visit, and then with the presentation of the case, the treatments, and finally the completion of the case. It continues with customized maintenance programs for each patient.
The First Visit
Each first visit involves a detailed 12-point analysis of the patient’s health status. The duration is 90 minutes, during which we use the latest generation of digital diagnostic tools.

Digital Smile Design
(Digital Design and Smile Previsualization)
Dr. Pier Carlo Frabboni is an expert in Digital Smile Plan technology: the pre-visualization of the smile. This advanced digital technique allows for the design of your new smile on a computer and to see the result before starting treatment on the patient.
Each case begins with the “design” of the new smile, creating a new architecture of the teeth on the computer, respecting natural proportions and facial analysis. After the Digital Smile Design,
we will study a treatment plan following the rules of masticatory function, biology, and respect for existing structures. We will then choose the best type of solution for each tooth: ceramic dental veneers, ceramic dental crowns.
Thanks to this digital technique of Digital Smile Design, it is possible to visualize your new smile on the computer. In the next step, what has been designed on the computer will be replicated in wax by the dental technician exactly as Dr. Frabboni has planned.

The Digital Smile Design begins with photos and videos in a professional photo studio within the Frabboni studio. Everything is put in relation and harmonized with the rest of the face.
The demonstration video
After realizing the digital design, the dental technician creates the new shape of the teeth in wax, and we transfer it over your teeth using a temporary aesthetic material; here is a demonstration of your possible smile even before starting any treatment.
Guided and accurate treatments!
The smile design also guides multidisciplinary treatments, both for dental implants and for straightening teeth with aligners or fixed braces. Everything is part of a project where Dr. Frabboni is truly the architect.

Instead of trying a new car, come and see how your smile could become.
At the meeting, we will talk and explain what is the most suitable path for your mouth, allowing the studio and laboratory to design a hypothetical demonstration of your future mouth, post-treatment.
In any starting condition: missing teeth, crooked teeth, damaged teeth, or teeth with gaps.
During the first meeting, we collect all the necessary data, including initial photographs and videos. After a week, in a second meeting, you can see and wear a copy of your new smile.
